Brown Proposals
As Wimbledon struggles against the rain, a mother gives birth to her daughter's baby, the BBC are told their programmes are rubbish and George Bush gets Pete Doherty out of jail, Gordon Brown sets out proposals to prevent people ignoring his proposals.
